What is the full form of mouse? 

    The computer mouse is a device that the movement of the cursor or point on a display screen. A mouse is a small objects you can roll along a hard, flat surface. It's name is derive from its shape. Mouse was invented by Standard Research Center in 1963,and pioneered by Xerox in the 1970s. It is the example of input device. 

How many types of mouse are there? 

           According to their button configuration it is two types of Mouse. 

1) Two button mouse

2) Three button mouse

According to their optical sensors mouse, it is three types

1) Mechanical mouse - Mechanical mouse has a rubber or metal ball on its lower side that can roll in all directions. Mechanical sensors mouse with in detect the direction the ball is rolling and move the screen pointer accordingly. 

2) Opto - mechanical - It is same as mechanical mouse, but uses optical sensors to detect motion of the ball. 

3) Optical mouse - In this mouse laser is used which detect the movement of the mouse. Optical mouse has no mechanical moving parts. It is better than both mechanical and optical mechanical mouse.
